• As our tea is a natural product, slight variations in appearance may occur without affecting quality.

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Orders are accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

If payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will be refunded.

We do not store your full payment card details.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

We use Royal Mail 48 hours as standard.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services.
• Weather.
• Industrial action.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened tea products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Non-food products may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
