We hope you are happy with your Chaa Peena order.
This policy explains how to cancel an order, return an eligible item or tell us about a problem. It applies to purchases made through www.chaa-peena.com and does not affect your statutory rights.
Changing Your Mind
If you buy online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us within that period if you wish to cancel.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return eligible items. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Tea and Food Products
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of tea or other consumable products once their seal or packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Unopened consumable products may be returned within the cancellation period described above.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant.
We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returning an Item
Before returning anything, email us at sales@chaa-peena.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return instructions and address.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your refund is complete.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Where you cancel the whole order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for express or upgraded delivery is not refundable.
